Mio and Navman has joined hands and introduced yet another satellite navigator. This one is a compact and entry-level gadget that is equipped with a Local Search tool for getting all the necessary information about the local regions. Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) is the standard generic term for satellite navigation systems that provide autonomous geo-spatial positioning with global coverage. GPS has become a widely used aid to navigation worldwide, and a useful tool for map-making, land surveying, commerce, scientific uses, tracking and surveillance, and hobbies such as geocaching and waymarking.

Looks interesting.

I wonder what the graphics performance is like compared to conventional netbooks and the units coming out with the Nvidia Ion chip. And whether the RAM memory will be expandable to 2GB or more.

GPS is the way to go according to Ian! And they keep getting better and better!

In my recently published novel for pre-teens, the main character, Ian, (one of Santa’s helpers), tries to convince Santa of the benefits of using GPS. You know, just in case something were to happen to Rudolph. Santa is reluctant to change. Ian accompanies Santa on Christmas Eve and what happens next will go down in history.

All the best!

Wow, what a great concept. I hate having to find my cord and a spare outlet to charge all my devices so this would solve that problem.
